Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 3 September, 2026

Empyrean International ("Empyrean", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Empyrean strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors on or through our platform. This includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form; grooming or solicitation of a minor; sextortion; and any content that sexualizes children, whether real, drawn, or computer-generated. Accounts found violating this policy are immediately suspended, their content removed, and the matter is reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. In-App Reporting

Every reel, post, listing, business page, and conversation can be reported directly from its own menu using the "Report" option, and includes a specific reason for child sexual abuse or exploitation. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and confirmed violations are escalated immediately. You can also reach our Safety & Security team directly — see Contact below — and can read step-by-step reporting guidance in the app under Settings → Help Center → Safety & Security.

3. Legal Compliance & Reporting to Authorities

Empyrean complies with all applicable child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities. Where required by law, confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org and/or other appropriate national authorities.

4. Point of Contact

Our designated point of contact for CSAM prevention practices and compliance is reachable at support@joinempyrean.com.
